NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application is being made by National Grid Electricity Distribution (South West) Plc to the Secretary of State at the Department of Energy Security and Net Zero under Section 37 of the Electricity Act 1989. Consent is being sought to modify an existing tower to allow downleads to be attached to a sealing end gantry for a point of connection for the 49.9MW Fraddon Solar park at land south of Fraddon, Cornwall, TR8 5BP (Cornwall Council Planning Ref: PA23/01893).

SUCH OBJECTIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 4 weeks from latest publication. Any such objections or representations will be copied to the relevant planning authority and the applicant unless the person making them requests in writing that they should not so be copied. If there is such a request then the relevant planning authorities and the applicant will only be informed that an objection has been made but no details will be forwarded to them.
