The virtual site visit tool utilises the external facing camera on your smartphone or tablet.

A 5-10 minute virtual site visit will use circa 35MB of data.

No, it’s purely an optional tool/service. However we will try to use this tool to help you get back on supply or resolve your issue in a more efficient manner. Our employees will continue to visit site in person where preferred.
