Supporting Local Area Energy Plans and investing in a smart, decarbonised energy future

Throughout September and October 2022, NGED are holding 11 stakeholder workshops where we will be discussing how we can support regional and local plans for development and decarbonisation, and the potential constraints and impacts these may have on the network. These workshops will be hosted in person at our regionally based depots and will provide an opportunity for stakeholders to influence our strategic investment to support the green recovery and achieve net zero – as well as meet the local delivery experts, our Distribution Managers and their teams. Attendees will include: planning officers; elected councillors; LEPs; housing and commercial developers; low carbon generators; business representatives; and other key stakeholders with an interest in helping to facilitate the growth agenda and drive the transition to Net Zero.
