We describe some simple things you can and steps you can take to keep yourself safe until the problem is fixed, including having access to some household essentials.

Do you need extra help?
Our Priority Services Register provides extra help for customers who need it. If you're elderly, very ill or disabled, or rely on power for medical equipment, you'll get additional support during a power cut.
